Note: All P.S.A. (and individual members) will receive acknowledgement to all T.O.P.S. and student and young adult groups as the premier and preferred supplier in their individual area. Organizations will be listed in the Annual S.M.A.R.T. Buyers’ guide as a premier and preferred supplier for group travel.

1. Hotel: (company with more than 30 properties).
2. Transportation: (company with more than 20 providers).
3. Food Service: (company with more than 15 establishments).
4. Attractions: (company with more than 5 locations).

General P.S.A. Requirements: ANY COMPANY, FIRM, ENTITY, OR CORPERATION IN THE UNITED STATES, CANADA OR MEXICO, that produces, conducts, arranges, manages, markets or provides services to student or young adult travel groups may become a member upon approval of the Board of Directors.

1. Agree to and comply with the S.M.A.R.T. membership requirements and bylaws.
2. Agree to and comply with the S.M.A.R.T. code of ethics.
3. Have proof of business in excess of five (5) or more years.
4. Agree to provide tiered pricing for T.O.P.S. members (amount and description kept confidential). Tiered pricing will be ranked by volume of business.
5. Must obey the ‘sellers of travel’ laws and comply with the insurance of the states in which the groups travel.
6. Agree to advertise in the S.M.A.R.T. magazine at least once a year.
7. Must be a member in good standing with A.B.A. (American Bus Association). Exceptions will be made only with approval from the Board of Directors.

Premier Supplier & Associations Membership Fees: Membership begins immediately and lasts until June 30th, 2007 If you join between: January 1, 2006 to February 28, 2006
Yearly Dues:	$ 350.00 (US)
One Time Initiation Fee:	$ 100.00 (US) = $ 450.00
Individual Supplier Members Pay
Yearly Dues:	$ 150.00 (US)
One Time Initiation Fee:	$ 100.00 (US) = $ 250.00
February 29, 2006 to June 30, 2006
Yearly Dues:	$ 400.00 (US)
One Time Initiation Fee:	$ 100.00 (US) = $ 500.00
Individual Supplier Members Pay
Yearly Dues:	$ 175.00 (US)
One Time Initiation Fee:	$ 100.00 (US) = $ 275.00
After July 1, 2006 (future and renewals as of this date)
Yearly Dues:	$ 500.00 (US)
One Time Initiation Fee:	$ 100.00 (US) = $ 600.00
Individual Supplier Members Pay
Yearly Dues:	$ 200.00 (US)
One Time Initiation Fee:	$ 100.00 (US) = $ 300.00

Please Note: Organizations joining before July 1, 2006 will get free membership for the months leading up to July. Formal membership begins July 1, 2006 and goes through June 30, 2007.
Yearly Membership Covers: July 1 to June 30 each calendar year
Notice: Any and all basic membership rules can change or be amended upon approval of the Board of Directors. Membership acceptance or termination can change upon approval of the Board of Directors. Any change in membership can result in termination.
